Norton resides on Seneca Lake and is a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School and Villanova University. The artist states, “as far as I am concerned helping to preserve people’s memories of events that will probably never be repeated is a very special and important job. I trust you will enjoy the moments in time I captured.”
