Philip’s work explores the ways time and motion can be seen, felt, and layered within a single panoramic frame. Rather than treating a photograph as a frozen instant, he approaches it as a space where multiple moments coexist. Philip builds images that reveal the rhythm of a walk, a bike rider, or others in the environment in motion.

He moves the camera following the subject as they pass by. This creates panoramas that are not simply wide, but dynamic: figures stretch across time, objects appear more than once, and the landscape subtly transforms. These distortions aren’t flaws—they are traces of lived time, reminders that every place is in constant motion.

Each image becomes a visual timeline, capturing not only where Philip stood but how he moved, and how the world moved around him. His goal is to invite viewers to experience the scene as that he did: not as a single moment, but as an accumulation of moments, layered into one continuous flow.
