Floating Through Letchworth State Park is a set of photographs capturing a sheet ghost having a fun day at the state park. These dry plate glass negatives were coated by hand and then developed at the state park after each exposure. With each photographic scene’s composure and exposure, the photographer hoped to capture and convey a sense of whimsy and nostalgia for the classic tourist snapshot that was found in the much anticipated envelope of vacation photographs. From one ghost to another, I hope these make you smile.
