The Mending Horizon is a human-scale, walkable artwork in the form of a 1500 sq ft labyrinth, created by artists Wendi YuLing and Trevor Parlo Clement, with sound by Weston Czerkies. The nature of the labyrinth requires participants to move physically through the space, and the elements encountered within encourage exploration, conversation, and imagination. Photography, painting, analog projection, textiles, and sculpture are employed as entry points to questions regarding humanity and our path forward. During a time in which AI is causing a mass divestment from critical and abstract thinking, and online presence is all but mandatory in order to participate in Western society, come show your support for tangible, human made art at The Plexagon.
