RIT/NTID’s Dyer Arts Center is thrilled to participate in Rochester’s First Friday monthly event.  RocCity Signers will be the host venue, showcasing selections from the Dyer Arts Center’s permanent collection.  “Polychromatic Whimsy: Through Deaf Eyes and Hands” will feature fanciful pieces in a prismatic range of hues.
