Katherine Davis is a curator, artist, and wanderer whose work delves into the ephemeral nature of existence and the stories left behind in its wake. Formerly the owner of a groundbreaking gallery in Providence, RI, Davis curated exhibitions that gave voice to queer artists from across the globe, weaving themes of identity, memory, and transformation into cohesive narratives.

Having lived in ten states and traveled extensively across the U.S. and abroad, Davis draws inspiration from diverse landscapes, cultures, and personal narratives. Her work — crafted with natural materials like bones and organic artifacts — challenges viewers to confront their own impermanence while finding beauty in the fragments of life that remain. By day, Davis channels her creativity into the digital realm as a project manager in software development, blending precision and artistry in her approach to both design and storytelling. Off the clock, her love for literature and expertise as a sommelier infuse her practice with a sensual, multilayered perspective.

Katherine Davis’ art invites viewers to confront mortality, memory, and the fleeting beauty found in transformation, bridging the ephemeral with the eternal and uncovering the quiet poetry within life’s liminal spaces.
