“Reflections: The Light Within” is based on Luvon Sheppard’s deeply expressive plein air watercolor works and his legacy as an artist, teacher and community figure. The exhibition is in celebration of the Erie Canal’s Bicentennial year.

Stony Point Art Studio has collaborated with Tomboy Adventures and Fleet Boat Club to offer a series of excursions on the Erie Canal that foster the creative talents and teachings of Mr. Luvon Sheppard. Giving opportunity for Mr. Sheppard to plein air paint the beauty of the Erie Canal by boat in celebration of its Bicentennial Year.
